Jewellery Workshops
Jewellery making is fast becoming an extremely popular pastime as more people are discovering the joy and therapeutic value of handcrafting their own unique pieces. My classes are small (maximum of 6 to 8 people) which means that you receive plenty of attention. You’ll be amazed at how much you can achieve in just one day. Whether you wish to make unique pieces of jewellery for yourself or for loved ones my classes will be tailored to your particular needs.

Anita has been invited to The Classroom on School Lane to run a workshop on how to make her trademark beaded bead necklace.
There are only a limited number of places available for these workshops. All materials needed for making the necklace are included in the price. Relax and sit back while Anita takes you through intricate and delicate skills to make these beautiful pendants, skills you can use in the future and adapt to make many other pieces.
We would ask that you are comfortable using a needle and thread.

May 2010 Workshops
This month we will be looking at what we can create with old jigsaw puzzles. How many of us have boxes of jigsaw puzzles where we have pieces missing? We can’t donate them to charity or even pass them to someone else – so we put them in the attic or the back of a cupboard never to be seen again.
Well, it’s time to get them out and give them a new lease of life as in the May workshops you will learn how to create a bag charm (or pendant) with them.

Spiral Rope Bracelet
Level Beginner
Duration 2 – 3 hours

This is a really easy stitch to start with and is a favourite with beginners. It is a versatile stitch when done in different combinations and bead sizes it ensures individuality every time.
Right Angle Weave (RAW) Bracelet
Level Beginner
Duration 2 hours
Cost £25.00 (includes materials)
Thursday 29 April 11am to 1pm
Saturday 1st May 11am to 1pm
Right-angle weave also called RAW is another easy stitch to start with. It can be done either with a single or double needle. You can use any type or size of bead as well as combination to create a different effect every time.
Places are limited so booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment. Places will be allocated on receipt of full payment on a first come first served basis.
